Room to rent in terrace close to Llandeilo

I have a double room to rent, it has three bedrooms one of which guests can use. I am hoping to decorate and furnish these rooms by the end of February, but you are welcome to look before.

There is a large bathroom, a living room/study and a kitchen/diner as well as a garden with lovely views to town and the bandstand in Penlan Park. There is an outhouse with space for bikes. Parking is free but is on the road. There is broadband, Now TV (TV being installed soon), landline and central heating. Kitchen has all the usual - washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer but no dryer.

The house is less than five minutes from Ffairfach station.

Bills wise, phone calls would be paid for by who uses the phone (free evenings & weekends), and also it would be good to split heating/electricity/water if they are used during weekdays when I'm not in - otherwise free.

I work away from home a couple of days a week, I would prefer smoking outside and would consider non veggies.

My pet is a goldfish, I would be happy to have cats/dogs but I can't guarantee I can look after them while you are away, even if they are really fluffy.
