Double room in St Davids cottage....

Hello. I'm looking for a lodger primarily to help pay the bills; I'm a self-employed gardener so my income is low.

I have a lovely double room to let. It has a washbasin & tv & is at the front of the cottage overlooking fields & moors with a distant view of the sea & Skomer island. I live on the edge of St Davids on the lane leading to Porth Clais harbour.
Although I have ticked 'Yes' to the room being en suite, it doesn't actually have an attached bathroom, but does include sole use of the shower room on the ground floor. It also includes shared use of two living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen & an attractive garden & patio from where there are lovely views of Carn Llidi, Ramsey island & Clegyr-Boia. Parking is not an issue here, which is quite rare for St Davids.

I am looking for someone who is relatively well house trained & responsible [household chores would be shared] & who will tolerate 3 cats, my poor but improving attempts to play the alto sax & who is preferably not a Conservative or UKIP supporter.
