Share house with landlord, 3 bed semi, garden

Hi I'm Bob, I live with my two daft dogs a collie and a lab both friendly and like people.

The house is in good shape but some general sorting is going on right now as I am near completion of my studio situated in the garden and house is a little disorganised.

There are two rooms, a box room and a double/regular sized room, carpeted and single beds in both, there are some units which can be used for clothing etc. Two reception rooms front lounge and backroom with double patio doors, lovely in there when the sun is up (although it does need to have some attention, being an honest chap, back room was studio now being emptied of glass art equipment and such like ). There is a good size patio with fab views over towards Kidwelly and Pembry. there are planters on the patio also awaiting to be filled with herbs (I need to fill them with the correct soil type as the stuff I used was not suitable due to drainage not being good)

I think my situation would suit a creative person very well due to my interests and my studio, I am into glass and other crafts and making head way to be a self-employed crafts person/artist. If you happen to be looking for a situation to work/be creative arstsy this could be a great opportunity.

You can arrange the rooms to suit yourself and add paint general decoration etc(within reason!!)

Bus stop at the entrance to the housing estate, there is a local grocery shop sells all the normal small shop stuffs and has a post office counter, there is a chippy and an indian take-a-way and I think a hairdresser to. these are all in a five min walk from front door. I'd prefer a long term tenant. If interested you can get involved in my art and craft with a view to earning an income.
