This well presented house is set back from the road and always has space to park outside.

The room is a recent loft conversion with en suite toilet and hand basin, so is a nice quiet room with a lot of privacy, space and dual aspect windows.

Downstairs is a small hall area for coats and shoes entering into the lounge which has a large window and wooden floors with double french doors onto the kitchen/diner. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a gas cooker and room for a table with 2 chairs and back door to large garden with decking and lawn which is a lovely place for a BBQ in the summer.

Outside there is also a secure metal bike locker for 3 bikes.

The house is well located being about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town and is very close to bus stops with buses every 10 mins. It is also close to the universities and the South Downs national park. There is a recently refurbished community run pub 5 minutes walk away serving food and local ales.

The house has a good energy rating as it has been insulated (loft and cavity wall) and has modern thermostatic radiators and an efficient boiler so no nasty energy bills!

The house is available professionals or mature students and I would prefer a long term let. I am a private landlord living locally and will provide a high standard of care for the property and grounds including help with garden maintenance when needed, and there are no agency fees.
