We are three girls looking for another housemate to share our lovely home with. The house is a four bedroom house situated on Bevendean Road, close to Moulsecoomb campus. We are three friendly, outgoing students studying primary school teaching, business and media at Moulsecoomb and Falmer and are going into our third year and fourth year. We all drive and the house benefits from a drive and plenty of on road parking outside the house.
The house is very new, fully furnished and extremely well kept and clean throughout. There is a large bathroom on the first floor with a powerful bath/shower, and a second bathroom on the second floor with a shower. There is also a downstairs toilet on the ground floor. There is a communal kitchen and living space. The house benefits from a table and chairs, dishwasher, cooking appliances, washing machine and much more.
The room on offer is on the first floor next to the bathroom and comes with a bed, chest of draws, desk, chair, small bedside table, a clothes rail and a full length mirror in the hall.
We are a sociable house that is respectful of each other and their needs. We like a good night out and cosy nights in. We are looking for a housemate that has a balance between 'work and play' that is friendly outgoing!
