My name is Robbie and I have one furnished double room to let in a large detached house. The current housemates are male and gay. The room is available to one person at £110 per week and this includes all bills except the telephone, food and provisions. The house is in Falmer Road, Woodingdean, Brighton BN2, close to Brighton Racecourse and is on three levels. The top floor includes three double bedrooms, bathroom with w. c., separate walk-in shower unit and additional shower over the bath. The vacant room, which is newly decorated has a brilliant of the amazing garden. A second W. C. is on the first floor. Our huge, well-equiped kitchen includes range cooker with double ovens, dishwasher, washer/dryer and separate tumble drier is on the ground floor and has access to a TV lounge, which has digital channels available plus cupboard space and a separate large fridge freezer for each housemate.

Our enormous garden includes off-road car parking, patios and lawn with fish pond.

We are very close to all amenities including bus stops, co-op, tescos, petrol stations, hotel pub and restaurant, family butcher, fruit and veg shop, barber, dry cleaner, hairdresser, various take aways, iron monger, schools, internet cafe, the stadium and the univerities. Centre of town is about 20 mins away on any of these buses 2, 2A, 22 & 22A. The 52 goes to the marina.
