Lovely room to let. Great but also a Quiet location. Female preferred as another roommate is one female living in.
Short term lettings only, ideally to the end of August, 24. However it could be discussed.
Two people to share two single rooms. Single room but quite large room.
Bills are not included but fibre internet is included. Other bills shared by two rooms equally.
All furniture included, walking distance to most places.
Quiet at the night but the location is central, mins to all bus stops, to London road shops, etc. Near the Level.

First floor, big window, sufficient natural light.
Rooms are big, BUT please note no separate Living room. Eating in kitchen.

Preferred quiet tenants, Not a party house.
Professionals and mature students are welcome.
