Price is very reasonable for the area and property, it’s purely because I want a nice tenant and down to earth like me it’s not for the financial gain, although it will be nice to have that bit extra as 2 bedrooms by myself is a waste of a room!

It’s a maisonette, very quiet neighbourhood, travel into the city centre by bus or car in 10 minutes. We have a ring doorbell, security camera and light out front. And a security camera inside facing the front door. I have a few extra cameras from before. I am a superhost for Airbnb but I can’t be bothered preparing for new guests all the time. You can have a cctv camera for your room set up to your phone if you wish, for extra peace of mind as they’re just in a box now. Also have the keysafe lockbox outside the front door which has a spare key in so if you ever forget your key the box comes in handy lol!

Amazing sound insulation in this place every flatmate I’ve ever had we’ve never had any noise issues in 5 years, better than anywhere I have lived prior in my life, you never know if someone has come or gone!
Kitchen has every appliance and apparatus one could wish for.

Has a nice little back garden too with a huge gas powered Bbq and patio
