The flat is in Whitehawk, just a 15-20 minute walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital. It has great bus links and plenty of free on street parking.

The road is very quiet with no through traffic and quiet neighbours. Additionally there is a small shared garden with brand new seating and flowerbeds.
