Large double room by Fiveways

Large, newly renovated, double room available for SHORT TERM periods only. Would suit someone down for temporary work / school or someone moving to Brighton and wanting a temporary base while finding a more permanent pad.

The room is newly renovated and currently furnished, I’m open to a Mon-Fri let at a reduced rate if that suits your needs better.

House has all the normal stuff like washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, broadband etc. Full disclosure though the downstairs is yet to be renovated and so is decidedly less pretty than upstairs. Although the place is a work in progress I won’t be doing any building work while you’re here - doesn’t seem fair to inflict that chaos on someone else - but I will be working on the garden to make that a nicer place to chill over the Summer.

All bills are included so there’s no hidden extra costs.

The house is located 7 minutes from London Road train station, 10 minutes from the fiveways shopping area and 15 minutes to London Road shops by foot.

There is free unrestricted street parking, but it can get quite busy so it’s not always possible to park right outside.

I’m full time employed in the wine industry and work Mon-Fri 7.30-4 so happy for you to work from home in the shared spaces if you need.

I’m open to cat friends coming with you but I’m afraid the space is not suitable for dogs or other pets.

I’m not a smoker but happy for you to be but smoking only outside in garden spaces not inside the house.
