Bit about us:
Sharing with 2 other professionals and my part-time small dog, Mowgli. I'm Gabs, 34, jeweller and my flatmate is Eddie, 39, DJ. Both creative and social but also appreciate our own space.

The flat/ room:
It's a split level flat with a good sized communal living room, shared bathroom and kitchen. The available bedroom has a built in wardrobe and desk with the option to keep the double bed and mattress if you want it. You'll also be able to redecorate the room any colour you like!

We have a cleaner once a month at the moment, potentially looking to increase to twice a month to keep on top of it and keep the place nice and clean! The rent is £510 Including council tax. Additinal bills come around £60 p/m.
