A beautiful double room with desk, wardrobe and drawers in a 1860s three storey townhouse in the West Hill Conservation Area, quiet street but only 2 mins walk to Brighton main station, so very easy to get around, 10 mins walk to beach, 3 mins to North Laine.

Modern clean shower room (shared with two women only).

Large kitchen with two Neff ovens and Neff induction hob, plenty of shelf / cupboard and fridge space dedicated to you, new Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer.

High quality living room with high ceilings, chandeliers, large dining table seating 8, large TV with Internet streaming, two sofas.

Very fast Internet. Central heating and double glazed throughout, we like it warm.

Small outside walled garden.

Council tax band D paid by landlord. All bills included.

Sharing with two quiet young graduate professional women (in our 20s) and a 50 yo landlord who travels through Europe for work, often away.

This is a Vegetarian house - no meat products, but dairy and eggs are ok. Pets ok but we have only a small walled garden.
