Double room Monday- Friday chilled house

Hi there ,

I have a 3 bedroom terraced house on Tarner road . It is in a great location in-between Kemp town , Queen's Park and Hanover .

I’m going to be renting a double for one person. on a mid week basis Monday-Friday or possible Sunday evening to Friday

I’m happy to rent the room on a semi permanent basis with a 3 month minimum period,
I would prefer someone who is working . The room is not suitable to work from home ,

The house is fully furnished and very comfortable and has all mod cons wifi , fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , tumble dryer , dishwasher , tv
Open plan kitchen and lounge .

There's a lovely back garden to enjoy your morning coffee or have a smoke.

You will be sharing with me Gary the owner of the house , I’m a 50 year old gay man ( young for my age I reckon ) . I’m working in events and work mainly office hours .I’m into gardening .

The cost of the room includes all bill
