Single Room Available NOW Elm Grove
Hi!
I have a single room in a 5 bedrooms near Elm Grove, 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The contract is until the 31st of August 2024. Unfortunately, I have to move to another city and I'm looking for a tenant to replace me.
The room is on the 2nd floor, with 2 bathrooms shared between the 5 tenants. The house is furnished with all amenities included like a washer, dryer and 2 big fridges.
There are 2 other tenants currently living in the house, and the room is available right now. Rent is 542 ppm with 40 ppm for all bills. We don't pay taxes it is a student household.
Unfortunately, we are not comfortable with male tenants :(( Otherwise please shoot me a message if you are interested!
