Its a first floor flat with good sized living room and big (for Brighton) separate kitchen.

I am a comedy artist so being creative is a bonus. I’m sociable though I also enjoy a quiet life (and a good night’s sleep!) so party animals or those having people around often would not suit. It's probably worth pointing out I am a meat eater.
