Double room in a big townhouse

Hi,

My name is Nell. My two lovely housemates are moving out so I have two double rooms available in my big central Brighton townhouse from the start of July 2024.

Looking for people who want a friendly, sociable home. Yes to day trips, dinner parties and chilled out drinks, no to big parties!

I work onsite at University of Sussex campus 4 days a week. I love pottering around at home, weekend walks or just spending all day gardening or at the beach when its sunny. I'm pescatarian, mostly veggie, and don't mind what you choose to eat.

About the house. It's a three story terrace, close to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to Brighton station. There's a huge lounge/dining area on the ground floor, leading to a decent sized kitchen with lots of storage. Theres a small courtyard too!

Both double rooms are on the top floor, one is a little larger and the smaller one has gorgeous golden sunlight all afternoon. Semi furnished is an option.

Bathrooms - One large with shower, separate bath and toilet. One ground floor toilet. Water pressure is good and I have a filter on the shower.

There's no HMO license so one tenant will not be going on the lease. This has been the set up since I moved in in 2020 and we've had no issues from the agents so far.

I have a shy little cat who likes her personal space so sadly no other pets please.
