"Hi, we have rooms to rent in our house. We're a mix in our mid 20 - 40's, Aeron + John S both Working. generally pretty laid back but tidy, the house isn't a palace but we try to keep it tidy and the landlord kindly allows us to refurbish it from time to time, for instance, the cooker washing machine and fridge are (were) less than a year old.

Our landlord is very nice and as stated is happy for us to improve things around the house, he visits once a month on a Sunday. Apart from that he just lets us get on with things.
All the rooms have been repainted within the last 6 months or are due.

There is a small lounge, but the kitchen has a large table and we have the HD TV in there as well. We have a Bathroom and Toilet and another separate toilet,
The house is on the edge of an estate, but it's actually very very quiet and friendly, a lot quieter than living in town. There are frequent buses in and out of town, the 25, 24 hours 7 days a week. There's a few local shops/post office takeaways etc, but Sainsbury's is very close on the bus, maybe 15 mins.
All of us have lived here for around a year or longer in my case.
We're really looking for someone in our rough age group, I would say we're into fairly normal stuff, music, films, talking, we're mostly in to quite creative things so that might be nice if you are too. Male or Female is also fine.

You will need a months rent and preferably a second month advance rent (like a deposit) in advance, we sadly can't accept couples or Pets (may be allowed at an extra rate as long as they are small and cute, this must be cleared with our landlord.)
