There is also a bus service to top end of Coombe Road so not necessary to walk the hill unless you want to keep fit! 38 BUS GOES TO BRIGHTON STATION AND BUS STOP IS ONLY 2MINS FROM THE HOUSE AND YOU CAN WALK TO TOWN IN 20MINS. Space outside for free street parking. Place to leave bike at front of house too. The bedroom is very spacious and bright overlooking the garden. There is a bright living room with sofa and dining table and modern kitchen. Everyone has a cupboard, shelving, fridge/freezer space. There is a washing machine and tumble drier. There are double doors onto a patio and steps to a decked area with garden seating/table for outside dining. There is also a lawned area and a veg patch and greenhouse.

This is a nice home. The house is well maintained and there is a cleaning rota in place. This is a friendly house share. There are 2 lovely cats in residence, very clean and house trained

The bills are included and it works out to £131 per week including fast broadband.

Shops close by, large Sainsburys a walk away, local cafes, pharmacy, etc. 20 min walk to town centre. Close enough to the Brighton buzz but peaceful location to live in!
