Term-time only dble room in family house with dogs

Sunny double room in lovely terraced house in Hollingdean/Fiveways area of Brighton. Available term-time only from September 17..

Living with friendly family - two women and their teenage daughter (16 yrs) , plus 2 large friendly dogs. Small garden and 100 metres from no. 50 bus stop which goes to the universities.. Nice relaxed house with liberal people used to sharing.

Would suit an independent female student who is house-trained, looking for term time only accommodation and LOVES dogs! Our dogs are very friendly but can be very 'woofy' when you come in, so you do need to feel confident with dogs and not worried by loud barking.

One of us is a Countryside Ranger working full time and the other is an upholsterer. We are easy going and respectful of our lodger's space. We all lead busy full lives, but enjoy a chat over a cuppa and shared plate of food from time to time. Two out of three of us are veggie.

Previous lodgers have stayed with us for 6 months to 3&1/2 years and have become good family friends and stayed in contact.

Rent is £550, including bills and WIFI, plus £400 deposit.
