Two girls and one guy looking to fill our last room available as our current housemate is moving to be nearer to work. During the week we are professionals working full time. We enjoy spending time together as a house socialising at the weekend, cooking the odd meal, gigs pubs and love our music. We also understand the importance of personal space- and there is plenty of room to escape. The room available is a unfurnished large double, newly decorated (please don't let the floral curtains etc put you off- they are leaving too).This house would suit a professional, friendly, tidy person ideally with similar interests and age. The house has a modern open plan kitchen/living room brilliant space for socialising- leading out to a large patio/bbq area and garden. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, two large spare rooms for extra baggage/desks/friends staying etc and a smoking balcony with views over brighton! This is a HUGE house in a sought after road (Roundhill Crescent). 10 mins walk to the station and the laines and 20 mins to the beach. On street parking permit free.
