Lovely bedroom in new refurb in interesting, good quality flat. The bedroom is a single , although a double bed can fit in as well. Flat is really convenient for universities and is on main bus route into town – station is approx 22 minutes walk away. House well equipped with all mod cons including washing machine and wireless internet connection. There is a small patio garden to the side of the house, with a shed large enough for bikes. There is also plenty of street parking. Bills not included, price to be discussed. Ideal person to share would be working professional non smoker, friendly, considerate and tidy. Also in the house, Sara (designer), - into music, dancing and DIY – likes a sociable home, but respects personal space, and party days are (mostly) over!
