Room for rent in friendly cosy house!

Small double room/large single room in a very cosy house with 4 lovely housemates! Everyone's aged 22-29 so it would be nice to have someone of a similar age.

There's a good sized kitchen, large bathroom, big living room and a back garden patio with table and chairs which is great for bbq's in the summer!

The bedroom comes with a single bed, i brought a double bed with me and it fits in fine so it could be used as a double room. There's plenty of shelves and also a desk and chair. There's a wardrobe just outside the door.

Including bills, rent is about £400 per month.

There's also a dog and 2 cats so I hope you like animals!
