Housemate wanted for a lovely 5 bedroom house located near sainsburys on lewis road close to universities, about a 10 minute walk. The house has 5 large double bedrooms, Bathroom with shower/Bath, Large kitchen/dining area with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a nice garden and easy on street parking. 4 girls going into second year carrying on let from last year looking for 1 more person. Rent is 95 a week excluding bills and contract starts from early September. We have no real preference, just looking for someone friendly who is up for a laugh.
