Room in lovely house

Hi there
I have a room for one person to let in my house. The house is large, bright and modern and is currently shared by myself and my lodger who is a student in her mid 20's. My own son and daughter visit some weekends and holiday periods. I am a professional woman in my fifties. The house is close to Brighton city centre, just north of the Fiveways, on the major bus routes into town. The room is large, about 20 sq metres and on the 1st floor, with a small vanity area. It is attractive and well decorated and has a stunning sea view It's well furnished with 2 built in wardrobes (one with shelves, one for hanging clothes)., a double bed with under bed storage and bedside table, easy chair, desk and chair, lamps etc, Bed linen can be provided and laundered fortnightly at no extra cost. Fortnightly cleaning is included. We have very good wifi broadband and a large modern shared kitchen and dining room. There are 2 bathrooms , one of which is shared by my 2 lodgers. . We have a large beautiful garden which you would be more than welcome to enjoy. Unrestriced parking is available in our road and there are usually no problems finding a space. There is also space for cycles. We're a friendly lot but also each enjoy our own space. The house is on 4 floors so everyone can find their privacy. I am looking for someone who is friendly , independent and used to living in a shared household or family.
