My home!

I am looking for a female to share our bungalow in Patcham.

The room is available immediately.

We have a bright, airy single room available with direct access to my lovely garden via double glazed french doors.

You will be sharing my home with me, my partner Jay, my 3 year old (very well behaved) son & my Labrador dog, Charlie who is also very well behaved & friendly.

The property is a lovely semi-detached bungalow in a quiet part of Patcham situated on a bus route with bus departing from the bottom of the road & arriving back home at the top of the road. The journey into Brighton Centre is very straight forward & takes around 20 minutes on the bus.

I have 3 bedrooms, you will be sharing lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower & a lovely large garden with decking & a lawn.
Parking isn't an issue, I have off road parking at the front & also parking down my driveway in front of my garage.

Bills are included in the rent.

About us!

I am a 32 year old female, my partner Jay is 43. I work 3 days a week, Jay works full time. We own a horse, dog & a chameleon. When I'm not working, I'm out & about a lot during the day but we tend to spend most evenings at home where we love to cook nice meals, watch movies & enjoy a glass of wine.

We're looking for an easy going housemate who doesn't mind the usual goings on of having a toddler running around!
I must add that my Son is a very good sleeper & doesn't wake at night very often at all. (thankfully!)

We keep a tidy, clean house & would like you to keep the shared areas the same although we're not obsessive!
