Hi, there is a lovely room going free in our nice, bright, very central quiet flat.
The flat is well looked after, clean and airy. The agency gets things fixed quickly, it's easily to be heated in the winter. Although we don't have a living room to share, the kitchen is inviting to cook nice dinners and the flat was refurbished recently. It is quiet even though it is super central - it´s only 2 Minutes away from Waitrose, 2 minutes to the seafront.
The flat is spread over 2 floors in a 3 flat house. There is a good sized kitchen with table and chairs (and washing machine) and a nice white bathroom with bath.
Moving in date would be 3rd November and the rent is 500 GBP pcm all inclusive (electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet, tv license) Deposit is £500.
You would share this flat with 2 friendly ladies from Slovakia and Germany. We are active, sociable and interested in new things, but we dont do parties at home.
We are looking for someone around our age or younger but mature person with common sense who appreciates sharing and who can be equally on his/her own. Ideally we share more than just the bills.
