Very central room available summer 2014

This house is a queer friendly house! This means that they people who live here identify as a mix of bisexual, pansexual, straight and trans. It is really important to us that the house continues to feel like safe space for us, which means we will only consider people who are understanding of or queer-identified themselves.

This room is very centrally situated in the vibrant and sunny Brighton! 10 minutes walk to the train station and less to the North Laines. Less than a mile to a large Sainsbury's and a few hundred meters away from the nearest bus stop with many major routes.

The room is a small single, but feels roomy thanks to a loft bed. The furniture consists of the bed, a corner desk with chair, sturdy shelves and a double futon mattress used as a cosy corner. There is a south-facing window which lets in plenty of light during the day.

You'll be living with three recent graduates in their early to mid twenties. We're into cooking, gardening, having barbeques in the garden, art, music and films and are happy to hang out together occasionally as well as give each other space and respect quiet time - not a party house.

We're looking for someone who is tidy and respectful to take over my room for the summer months (end of May to mid-September). Please ONLY REPLY if you can stay for the entire 3. 5 months! Deposit of one months' rent in advance will be paid to cover for damage etc. We are sociable and not excessively tidy, but like to make sure we keep the place relatively clean and have a joint cleaning schedule.
