Room available in lovely, warm house on Thompson Road sharing all facilities with owner. Furnished, wi-fi, spacious living room with open fire, newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons, large sunny garden, bike storage, easy parking in quiet area.
Close to station and buses to town. Good access to university.
Bills included (except phone). Would suit mature student or professional. Female preferred.
I'm looking for someone who is easy going and chilled, particularly during the week because I have early starts. Someone who is friendly and up for a chat over a cup of tea/glass of wine, cooking together at times but enjoys their own space too. I'm a pescatarian (eat fish and veggie) so I would prefer not to share with an avid meat eater. I would expect that household chores/cleaning would be shared and that the house was kept clean and tidy. I need to add that I play saxophone and practice for around an hour most evenings.
