Spacious bright double room in 7 dials

Great base in Brighton...

The room is in a quiet residential street in less than 15min walking distance from the train station. It is the master bedroom of the house with a queen size bed and wood furniture. It is on the first floor of the house and gets much sunlight afternoon and evenings.

There are 2 good shower rooms - 3 toilets. Shower is shared with one other.

There is an aerial for tv in the room,
and room for an arm chair or small sofa or chaise if you wish to bring one. .
Plus free internet access/ wifi throughout house.
The house has most mod cons eg Miele dishwasher and washing machine and has a very spacious kitchen with tv. and good sized living room with sony tv. `(though we are not a huge tv watching house here) , it is very comfortable and homely.

The kitchen has microwave, 5 prong hob, cooker double oven and large fridge and serves as a place to eat, watch tv cook etc., the french doors lead to a sunny (till 3pm) garden with table and chairs.

Looking for a sociable character who is peaceful, happy to do their own thing out and about but who is also helpful in the house. and probalby has a social life outside the house. It’s likely you will enjoy the arts, the news, and the great outdoors.

It’s definitely a no smoking house for all who live here but if you have a friend that smokes that is okay in the garden or kitchen if they come round to visit provided the kitchen is aired after. . Likewise small supper parties are fine within reasonable hours and it’s generally ok to smoke those times with the same proviso.

Someone that works 9-5 is ideal locally as showers are from 7.45am to midnight.

I am friendly and would always help in a crisis, making sure to greet flat mates daily and have small chat if i can. I also can find the time to watch the odd movie, have a beer or glass of wine or cup of tea and chat with my flatmates I hope!! However mostly I am running between appointments...
