Bright Loft Conversion in Hanover House

Double room for rent Central Brighton £600 month inclusive of bills.

We have a room available for rent from the 1st of March in Hanover Brighton for a minimum of 6 months rental.

A deposit is required to give to the landlord of £500 and one months rent up front.

Hanover is a 15minuite walk to the city centre, 10 Minutes to the train station and beach and located 5 minutes from St James’s street and pretty much any bus route you will need.

Hannover is still unrestricted (free) parking however it can be tricky to get a space depending on the time of day.

There is a spacious lounge/open plan dinning area, a well equipped kitchen and a patio garden area where you can catch the sun until early afternoon.
The house is fully furnished although your room will be clear and empty for you to do as you choose. It is a large room, neutrally decorated with En-suite, (shower and toilet) and is in a 3 bed terraced house with Gas central heating.

We love living in this house, Paul has lived here 5 years and I have for 2 ½ years. The only reason our housemate is moving out is to live with her boyfriend otherwise she would have never left.

It’s a great house and a very friendly one too. We have a good balance of socialising and respect for each other’s time and space and are looking for someone who is the same. (The house is just about right for three people to share so no couples I’m afraid).

We’re both single guys in our early 30’s. Paul is a Teacher and I am employed as a Retail manager. Although we have only lived together for 2. 5 years we have known each other 10 years so our friendship is stable. No house wars here!

We are not a party house but you are welcome to have guests we just ask that its not too loud and they are considerate while here.

Between us we have two cats and tropical fish. It is a no smoking house but you can smoke in the garden if you are a smoker. The cats are friendly we like to think they learnt that from us.

With regards to the house Paul looks after it on behalf of the landlord. We don’t have a cleaning rota as quite frankly we don’t need one. We clean up as we go and we’re all adults and know when something needs cleaning and know when it’s our turn and were looking for someone the same. It is important for us as house mates that we do our fair share of cleaning and you would do the same.

The total cost of the house including the following bills:
-Virgin media (V+ box) and Wi-fi broadband
-Landline (free weekend landline calls)
-Water/Sewage
-Gas/electric
-Council Tax

P. S – The room is in the loft so sorry not suitable for people over 6 foot!
