Single room in convenient location in Brighton

I am renting a single room. I live in a very convenient location in central Brighton, 5 minutes away from the centre of town, 10 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the sea front. I am looking for a friendly, tidy and reliable person to share my home. I live in a 3 bedroom maissoneete in a quiet area of Brighton. My flat is located close to amenities and have access to most bus routes. In principle, you would be expected to tidy up after yourself and cook and buy your own food and to do your own washing. You are also expected to buy your own toiletries, washing powder/liquid, washing up liquid etc. We can discuss the terms and conditions when we speak as it is very important for me that you feel at home and that the arrangement meets your needs as well as mine.
