Marina Room For Reduced Rent

The flat is a beautifully light 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment in the Marina village. It is 10metres from the sea and is really close to all the marina attractions, including restaurants, bars, shop etc.
The flat has a lovely large lounge with French windows onto a long terrace which faces West.

The bedroom is quite large, bright and has huge windows.

The rent could be £70 p/w in exchange for a sleep-in (please read on for further details). If this is not desired the rent would be £110 per week.

I am a 26 year old female who is very friendly and enthusiastic about life.
I have long term health conditions, which mean I have a few PAs to help me out.

The offer is for a room rented at £70 a week, excluding bills. In return, for this low rent, the housemate would need to do 1 official sleepover at night per week. All this involves is being in the house from 10pm-8am on the designated night and being the first port of call in an emergency.
In reality, a sleepover only involves sleeping. I have never actually needed any help during the night so the housemate would receive a full night's sleep. THE HOUSEMATE WOULD HAVE NO FURTHER RESPONSIBILITY.

Or if preferred the housemate can have NO responsibilities AT ALL and the rent would be £110 per week.

I love having friends over, dinner parties, going for adventures, walks and wanders.
