Enormous top floor room in a beautiful town house

We have an extra-large super lovely double bedroom available in our ginormous house at the 7 Dials.

We’re looking for a fun, friendly, sociable, 28 year old or older, guy. Guys only please, to keep the balance of guys & girls in the house!

The room is massive, and is right at the top of the house with west-facing views out to the Downs in the distance. It gets lovely sunsets in the evenings too. A very quiet street, and a very nice area, although still incredibly central (basically 3 minutes into town!). The room comes unfurnished.

We are 2 minutes away from the 7 Dials shops, pubs and cafes, 10 minutes from the beach, and less than 5 minutes walk from Brighton station, so perfect for commuters.

We're looking for a fun, friendly, easy going and sociable guy, who definitely sees this as a home, and not just somewhere to crash. We don't by any means live in each others pockets, but we're all good friends here and it would be great to keep that going.

We're not after party heads as we all work hard and this is ultimately our sanctuary, however we have been known to throw the odd shindig, and we definitely love our wine...

It's a very big house, on three floors with a basement too. Lots of room to roam about in, and to also get together with the rest of the guys in the house for the odd movie session, meal, bottle of wine or friendly game of poker etc and the house is great for BBQs in the summer!...

Bills will be around £100 per month, per person. Rent is £570 per month. The room will become available from the 22nd March. The deposit is £540.

We’ll be doing viewings Thursday 6th March and Monday 10th + Tuesday 11th, and possibly some of the other days too. If you’d like to see the room please email us and tell us a bit about yourself, as well as your availability over the coming week or so.
