Room for rent in a new apartment,

The living room/kitchen

I am currently splitting my time between London and Brighton and have a double room to rent. Seconds from Brighton station it makes commuting to London very easy and it's walking distance the center of town. The room is furnished but feel free to bring your own furniture, it has it's own en suite with a bath and shower, a shared living/dinning room area, a balcony and we have access to a room garden which is perfect in the Summer but not so good for the cold weather right now. I am looking for someone who is friendly, fun and tidy and who can look after the apartment when I am not there.
