The house is a characteristic 5 bedroom house over 5 floors near to Brighton University, with easy bus routes and train station very nearby, or a 15/20 walk into main Brighton.
The house will be somewhere to call home! We have a very cute doggy, so it is really important than anyone moving in loves dog (Our dog is also hypo-allergenic, so should not affect people with allergies!
Each room is decorated neutrally, is fully furnished and spacious.
We have a cosy lounge to share which leads on to the Decking out in to the garden (lovely high view of Brighton).
Fully furnished kitchen with the added bonus of a washer/drier.
Small Toilet downstairs and Bathroom.
The garden is medium to large, with outdoor seating and a BBQ.
The price is for the rent and we all pay about £50 a month for Bills.
The house is very chilled, definitely not a party house rather a place to want to go back to after the party at someone elses house :)
