2 lovely rooms are going in a 3 floors friendly house on Coombe road from the start of May (could be flexible) to the 15th of September (with the possibility of renewing the contract then).

The rooms available:
- A very spacious double room (it's the largest room I have ever lived in), huge built-in wardrobe with loads of storage space, big desk, shelves, double bed and huge windows allowing plenty of sun during the day. This goes for 390 pcm (excluding bills but they are usually pretty cheap as they are divided between the 5 of us).
- A very cosy single room, chest of drawers, big window facing back garden, cupboards and shelves and also plenty of storage space available downstairs. As this is a single room, and I want to move out ASAP, I am willing to pay 40 pounds per month so that would come up as 350 pcm for you (bills as above).

No agency fees, no deposit required!

About the house:

The house has 3 floors. There is a nice living area with two sofas and armchair (and a piano!). The kitchen comes with all the cooking utilities so you don't need to provide your own. There is 2 bathrooms, one downstairs next to the kitchen, and the other one upstairs where the two rooms are (second floor).
Back garden has got great potential for nice barbeques over the Summer!

The house is in a very convenient spot. It's only 3 minutes from Lewes road and all the shops with all the buses going to town and to the universities. It's only 10 minutes walk to get to Brighton uni campus, 20 minutes walk from town and 8 minutes from the big Sainsburys. There is a bus stop basically outside the door and the 38/81 goes from there straight to Brighton station which is very handy.

Who you will be living with:
3 guys who currently attend University studying various subjects! They are all easy to get on with and up for socializing and going out during the week end.

We really loved the house and the atmosphere with the other flatmates but sadly we have to move out because we decided to move in together next year and save money sharing a room. You'll have a good time here and remember no deposit, no agency fees required!
