Nick and I have lived here for just over a year.
I'm 21 and nicks 22 years old. Nick has graduated from economics and I'm re-doing my 1st year in Architecture. We work night shifts as well from 9: 00pm to 4: 30am which means we can be very unsociable at times. We are both very laid back when not working or studying. This is a SMOKING house and were all partial to a drink or two, or three.

The property is modern and has wood flooring throughout the downstairs and cream carpets throughout the upstairs, with modern fixtures. The price includes all bills and all utilities. Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband and Council tax. We have amenities including Central heating, wet room, designer kitchen, patio garden, dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchen appliances, economical living with solar panels and the house is fully furnished including white leather sofa and 50'' TV.

This room is 9x11 foot which is one of the smaller doubles but has plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe/chest of draws etc. You also get exclusivity to the upstairs bathroom which only you will use, your en-suite. NOT FURNISHED but may keep additional small sofa that's inside if wishes.

This property is just off central town. its discreetly hidden down 'Upper Hollingdean Road' which is situated right in the middle of 'LEWES ROAD' next to the big Sainsburies. the house is behind a small gated area and has a bike rack available and on street parking. The other side of 'Upper Hollingdean Road' is also connected to 'Ditching road'.

Its a white A-Symmetrical house with 3 x bedrooms, 1 x wet room, 1 x upstairs bathroom, 1 x patio garden, 1 x open planned kitchen and living room.

Were looking for a laid back person who is clean. Age can range from 18-30. We ARE TAKING COUPLES (BUT WILL HAVE TO PA ADDITIONAL £100 = £650). We are welcoming both students and professionals. To be honest as long as your reliable and not a serial killer, were Happy.

The deposit is 'one months rent in advance' = £550 which you'd pay with your 'first months rent' = £550 = £1100 however you'd be using your 'one month in advance' for your 'last months rent' as long as there's no damage done to the room or communal areas.
