Couple seek housemate/couple -must be pet friendly

Hello there :)

We are a professional couple (23f + 27m) looking for a female housemate (or a couple of any sex) to fill our room ASAP.

The house is a 2 bed terraced house near Sainsburys, Lewes Rd, Brighton. It has a large living/dining area, a kitchen with a walk in pantry, and a large bathroom (mixed tap shower) and has a moderate sized garden to the rear. There is also unrestricted parking.

This small double room fits a standard double bed, chest of drawers and a desk. There is also a chest of drawers in the hallway if you require more storage space. The bedroom comes either unfurnished or can be furnished with a double bed and a desk.

With regards to pets, we already have a family of 2 cats and a greyhound. We are not looking to add any more animals to the household, however any new tenants must be dog and cat friendly.

£600 covers rent and all bills. Virgin media/tevo and 50 Mbs broadband included. We would require a £300 security deposit and please be aware that there would be standard agency referencing fees.

We aren't really party animals but we do like the odd night out. We don't mind if you are as long as you are considerate when coming home. We would much prefer to put our feet up, watch a film with a glass of wine and a good meal :) Kieron likes to cook and I like to bake, we both love sharing food!!

We don't mind smokers, but please keep it outside :)
