Lovely, spacious room in quiet, central flat to let. No living room, shared bathroom and kitchen. 5 mins Brighton station and 10 mins from the sea.
There is a small cat in the flat too.

Room has high ceilings, floorboards, nice view. . Central heating, wifi, washing machine, instant hot water. the rent includes all bills, except telephone. I may be able to reduce rent for full time student.

I am pretty busy, working, studying and trying to get various projects off the ground and am looking to share with someone who has similar going on Whilst I am pretty busy and do my own thing, I am also sociable and would be up for chatting over a glass of wine and maybe cooking a roast dinner etc sometimes too.
