Hi my name is Lucy and I have just bought my first place. It's a really lovely spacious third floor flat in a 4 story block. I work in education at an art + craft museum am pretty easy going and looking for a tenant for my spare room.

The room looks small in the photo but it's not and measures: 4. 48m x 3m and could easily accommodate a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe.

The kitchen: double fridge freezer, washer dryer, electric oven and hob all brand new.

Fibre optic broadband. I don't have a TV licence and might think about getting one when the nights start drawing in.

I am still in the process of deciding what looks nice where and have more furniture on order - big 3 seater sofa, pictures will go up on walls and it will look more lived in soon!

Oh yeah, and then there's the views! Big balcony which you can see the Isle of Wight from on a clear day. There is also a communal large roof terrace on the same floor with stunning views all over Brighton from the sea to the Downs.

There is off road parking. Secure bike storage. The new development of which there are three blocks has a play ground and a community centre.

It is 5 mins on a bike into town (it's all downhill!).

£600 inc. all bills. 1 month deposit (held in a government deposit scheme).
Available immediately but I am flexible.

I am looking for a female flatmate who is kind, considerate, good fun, happy to hang out and do their own thing.

No shift workers please.
