Lovely double room in Preston park area

Hi,
I have a lovely large room to let in a modern and well equipped house in the Preston park area of Brighton.
The room is large, has an inbuilt wardrobe and gets a lot of sunlight.
The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is well equipped with a power shower, gas hobs and a washer drier.
The house is a lovely modern terraced house in the quiet area of Preston park which benefits free on street parking, huge bonus! It is about a 20 minute walk into town or there is a bus stop literally right outside.
The housemates are all in their mid twenties, musical and one trainee teacher. There is also a kitten and puppy, so liking animals is a plus!
As I am leaving to move into another property rent wise I require 2 1/2 months rent upfront plus deposit, which comes to £2050 in total from August 10th-1st November, this could be paid in two installments however. After this point there is a possibility of renewing the contract but obviously that would be up to you and the other guys.
