Newly decorated double room available, with new carpets and lock to door in 2 Bed Garden Flat...to share with 2 others..(three in total)...

Just a minute walk to good Bus service and shops.. Cafes, bar, pub, bakery x 2, deli, Co-Op, hairdressers, restaurant, Boots, Post office...etc... (Fiveways)

5/10 minute on bus into town Centre and beach. 5/10 minute walk to London Road train station, which takes around 2 minutes to get to Brighton station.

I'm a part time student/professional, veggie,(meat eaters/cooking is 100% ok, as
i have been known to eat the odd bacon sarnie after a few glasses of vino, so not really veggie, ha)..

I enjoy all things creative, outdoorsy, my garden, biking, baking, walking, cold Kopperberg on a sunny day, pub garden/lunch, live music, Festivals, camping, travelling.. bla bla bla.
Oh and my cat Henrietta, who doesn't jump up on the surfaces/kitchen worktops !
