Double Bedroom to rent in Brighton Student House

We are a lovely group of six 2nd year students at the University of Sussex, looking for a seventh person to complete our household for third year!

We currently are three boys and three girls.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom in a furnished property over four storeys, with a nice-sized garden: it's an attic room, so it has really interesting features, such as a sloping wall and a skylight; all the rooms come with a study desk as well.

The house is in a really good location: it's close to where other students live; it's a 10 minute walk from town; it's a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop; it's a 5 minute bus to University of Brighton campuses, and a 15 minute bus to Falmer campuses (whether Brighton or Sussex Universities).

House comes with a cleaner, which is a real PLUS for a student house! It also has parking space.

Ideally looking for a student, either at Brighton or Sussex University, so late-teens/early-twenties. We are all easy-going and welcoming, and would love to hear from you!

Rent is £100 a week, excluding bills. Deposit to be paid to agency. Rooms in Brighton aren't cheap, and this is a really nice property! Tenancy begins at the very end of August.
