*Both Brighton and Hove train stations are 15 -20 minutes walk away
*Preston Park train station is 10 - 15 minutes walk away

*The house is located above a boutique hair salon, and clothes shop, Milo's.
*A 24-hour Tesco Express, and Dyke Road Park, are opposite
*The Dyke Pub and Kitchen is adjacent (the house overlooks a large beer garden)
*A Chinese, and a fish & chip shop, are literally a few steps away
