Nice Flat For Nice People - B'ton Centre

Hiya,

Our flatmate Anna is moving out to her own house and we have her room to fill. We are Thomas (from Belgium) & Marek (from Prague -ish). Both professionals, working Monday - Friday, office hours. What we've got to offer:
- unfurnished double room (not massive, big enough for double bed and a table if you've got one)
- clean & tidy, non-smoking house
- considerate & friendly attitude
- great taste when it comes to wine and also audio/video entertainment ;)
- Waitrose 2min walk, Sainsbury's that's open untill 11pm 2min walk, beach 3min walk, Churchill square with all the shops & bus stops 3min walk, gym 30sec walk, train station 15-20min walk
- super fast unlimited broadband (150Mb)

What you should have:
- clean personality - let us say that again: CLEAN! We are no cleaning nazis, if you come home after long day of work and just want to eat and then go to bed or chill, nobody minds that you wash up the next day etc. within a reason of course
- understand that Sunday - Thursday it should be quiet after 11pm
- friendly - we both have our own lives, but sometimes watch a movie or series together (Weeds, Californication is probs house favourite) and go for a drink/gig/club everynowandthen, we don't really want a hermit that is just in his/her room all the time
- you should be ok with indie (generally but not exclusively) electronic music as it tends to play here all the time (in the living room, it won't bother you in your room which is on the 2nd floor)

The rent is £400. 00, all bills come to about £150. 00 a month and there is an agency fee £250. 00 + 1 month deposit (so £400. 00).
