The flat is beautiful, modern and very well looked after. Good location, it's got good bus links.
Room is fully furnished. nice and spacious living room, shared bathroom with bath and shower, another toilet, a large open plan living/kitchen area and a nice garden, and friendly flatmates, all you need for a comfortable living :)
Rent is £475 per calendar month, and bills are included.
Broadband is not included and is around £10 pounds per month.
Room is available from 20 September and it is for a year contract.
The ideal lodger will be friendly, respectful, clean, neat, tidy, and considerate.
