ABOUT US

Hi, I’m 34, female, and I'm a teacher, I own the house and rent out the spare rooms, so there are no agency fees.

I currently live with 2 girls and 1 guy. We are all professionals and all very friendly. It's not a party house, but we like to have a chat over dinner or watch a film if we happen to be in. When I'm out, I enjoy sports, travelling, meals out, going to the cinema and so on. I also have a cute 5 year old boy.

Do call me if you would like to take a look, it's a spacious double room with a garden and distant sea view and no street noise. One of the rooms has an ensuite, so the main bathroom is only shared between 3 people. There is also a second toilet.

There are great walking / jogging / cycling routes right next to me - park and hills and seafront, and Brighton town centre is only a 5 minute bike ride away.

I wouldn't live with anyone who takes drugs or smokes.
