Lovely person required for 2 bed flat

The living room.

Hello. If you're reading this you must like dogs, kids and tattoos. Congratulations! If you do not you are reading the wrong ad!!
This room is for up to a year depending on how it all works out.
This is ad is for a lovely (but girly) double room in a 2 bedroom flat. The flat comprises of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, small conservatory, garden and 2 bedrooms.
The rent includes all utilities (and wifi)
About us: We are me, a single, working, busy parent to a lovely outgoing, quiet, lego playing, family guy watching 9 year old and slightly demented but loving dog. We are pretty unconventional and make up the rules as we go along but live a quiet life while at home.
You are: An employed (or student) person who is respectful and knows how to clean up after yourself. You like dogs and kids and don't stare at the tattoo'd lady whenever she walks around. You are also not weird or creepy, speak English well and understand sarcasm.
The room is fully furnished and so has no room for extra furniture. There is a large chest of drawers, wardrobe, kingsize bed, TV and side table and lamps. You will have use of all amenities in the flat but i would really like it if i didn't come home and find you sitting in my favourite spot, feet up, dog curled up on your lap watching sport on my tv...(yes that happens)
