Newly decorated double room with lots of storage

Double room in quiet, friendly home with bedroom overlooking the garden. The room has a TV and loads of storage space. House sharing with me and my dog, a 5yr old cocker spaniel who comes to stay at the weekend.

The house has a private driveway, with space for a car if you have one and is on a quiet no-through road with nice respectful neighbors, just few mins walk to the bus stop (Brighton & Hove number 1 and 6).

Your double bed is less than 12 months old, I redecorated the room in June, also just completed having the bathroom done so all modern with a lovely power shower and deep bath. Perfect for a soak after work to relax :) The house is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, big TV etc.

I am hoping to meet a like-minded friendly, respectful and self-sufficient professional to come and share my home. Its £500 all in, to cover rent and bills. I am happy to share my home and it would be nice to do dinner and a bottle of wine occasionally, I like cooking but have a busy life so tend to treat myself occasionally to a cooking session, and like to eat healthy / Asian / sometimes a good roast.
