Large double room in a relaxed professional house

We're looking to fill a double room in our house from the beginning of March. The typically Brighton Georgian room, with high ceilings and bay windows currently contains a double bed, wardrobe, shelving units and a desk. The room overlooks St Martins Place, a young vibrant side road just off Lewes Road, with a growing community and just a hop away from all the new restaurants, takeaways and shops that have sprung up.

The house itself has a small but practical garden that catches the sun in the Summer, a fully equipped living room where the current housemates tend to spend much of their evenings, a tight but fully equipped kitchen, large attic storage with 2nd toilet and a large bathroom with powerful shower.

Ideally we are looking for someone that will gel well with the current housemates, who are pretty chilled out and tend to socialise in the evenings. Although happy to leave you to your own devices, petty squabbles and passive aggressiveness can be left behind. If you like a good discussion about the less trivial and trivial alike, a good TV series binge or meeting lots of new people down the pub I am sure you would love it here in our relaxed yet professional working household.
